The following is the beginning of an outline of some investigations I hope will help develop a systematic approach to a better life for all.  Please feel free to give me feedback.  This will take some time.  I'm not here to defend my choices and easily suspend disbelief.  Nothing gets ruled out at this point.

1. Provide aggregate spending by sector broken down by dollars and percentages.
3. How can economic choice data be gatherer?
1. Break down by wealth.
2. Provide superior and inferior goods and break point.
4. How can the information about an exchange prior to the exchange be improved?
5. How can productive skill sets be mapped against superior preferences?
1. Provide time and cost of producing skill set.
6. How can value differences that lead to conflict be handled?
7. How can the particulars of local government be aided or sidestepped as necessary.
8. How does governmental stability affect the lives of people.
