The more I look at this stuff the less value creating my own access tool appears to be. I'll go ahead and develop it so I can force myself to learn the interface better. There's quite a few resources available on their web site. I'll probably down load the standalone BLAST program.
I don't get much time to decompress and play around with all my hobbies. I'll need to spend several of the next few evenings dealing with the Computational Neuroscience class so I don't fall too far behind.
